Linde Portugal IT Delivery Specialist (m/f/d) Porto or Lisbon, Portugal | req18019 What you will enjoy doing You will take ownership of implementing and adhering to our Delivery Services vision, which includes ITSM processes, tools, KPIs, and other guiding principles and standards Furthermore you will assess service needs and collaborate with other teams to support the implementation of service improvements Maintaining regular and effective communication with all stakeholders, including service providers and recipients, will be one of your main responsibilities You will develop change management strategies, facilitate communication, and lead a strategic plan for IT Service Delivery You will be responsible for major service and process improvement projects, including outsourcing, insourcing and service provider strategy initiatives In addition you will monitor and review Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), and Underlying Contracts (UCs), and you will base performance evaluations on these agreements You will be the driver of continuous service improvement activities that will maintain quality, improve performance, and maximize customer satisfaction You will actively participate in the digitalization and task automation processes, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation What makes you great As an ideal candidate you posses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field and at least +5 years of experience in IT Delivery You must have a genuine passion for IT and the ambition to drive positive change You'll need a track record of being able to execute improvements, as reflected by your past accomplishments A service-oriented mentality and eagerness to understand the needs of service consumers are also crucial traits to possess You should be a self-motivated and well-organized professional that can work autonomously Relevant experience in IT Services encompassing SLAs, Escalation Management, etc.
is a prerequisite to being considered We're looking for someone who has strong communication skills and the ability to cooperate effectively with others in a virtual team setting An international backdrop demands fluency in English as well as familiarity with this type of work environment A basic knowledge of IT service management and incident handling tools, as well as asset repositories, is required for this position You should have ITIL V3 or ITIL V4 certification (mandatory for the role).
