Position: IT Delivery Manager (infrastructure)
Location: Porto | Hybrid
What You'll Do: You will manage weekly vulnerability reports, provide tailored views based on requests, and identify gaps according to Security teams' risk assessments. You will lead remediation plans with technical teams, track progress, and manage vulnerability action plans with detailed KPIs and ETAs for each company. Additionally, you will create and deliver SLA reports and dashboards for the entire infrastructure scope (Infra, Security, EUS) across various company activities, and ensure ongoing updates and support for these reports.
What We're Looking For: Previous experience in Information Security, especially vulnerability management; Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (such as Nessus, Qualys, Rapid7) to identify and manage security gaps. Experience with compliance reporting and auditing in regulatory contexts (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS). Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards and KPIs using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Kibana. Knowledge of IT infrastructure (systems, networks, databases) and systems security.
