Your New Role In the SAP HCM team, the central task is to develop innovative digitization projects in close cooperation with the process owners in the HR area, to solve existing problems and to master upcoming legal / operational adjustments. Global topics are worked on together in a departmental, informal working environment and the HR system landscape of tomorrow is designed together. Introduction of our new global HR suite and takeover of subsequent operations Roll-out of a global employee base including the organizational structure Technical support for the integration of local country-specific HR systems Implementation and design of a global recruiting process Rollout of further SuccessFactors modules What You'll Need Degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable training We also welcome motivated career changers Knowledge of HR is an advantage Good knowledge of English #J-18808-Ljbffr
