This means to design consistent technical concepts, to support successful implementation and especially to enable successful global rollouts worldwide of the new Loyalty programYou are supporting, coordinating and co-managing the IT part during the tender and implementation phase of a new loyalty engine for our tech stack.What you'll bringStrong knowledge and interest in loyalty, customer experience and customer engagementIdeally experience with various relevant technologies of customer loyalty ecosystems, loyalty management platforms, web 3.0 tools, reward toolsExcellent communicative skills and analytical strengthProject management expertise5+ years of relevant work experience, proven IT backgroundDegree in Business Informatics, Business Economics or related areasFluent in English
