Linde Portugal IT Cloud Application Engineer (m/f/d) Lisbon or Oporto, Portugal | req21720 What you will enjoy doing You will collaborate with business stakeholders and cloud administrators to manage priorities, topics, and initiatives for cloud application development You will translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions and work closely with cloud administrators to implement them You will design, develop and deploy cloud-based applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and security You will act as the technical point of contact for business units, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on priorities You will work on troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance of cloud applications and services It will be your responsibility support cloud solution architecture by implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps processes to improve system efficiency You will managed topics related to application architecture, deployments, and enhancements You will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed technical documentation, including workflows, system configurations and support guides You will be expected to proactively identify challenges and recommend solutions to improve cloud adoption and user experience, lead and facilitate regular discussions to align cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and progress You will actively participate in the digitalization and task automation processes, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation What makes you great You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) You have 3+ years of experience in cloud application engineering, development, or implementation You have practical experience with the main cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) Strong understanding of cloud application design principles, including microservices, containerization, and serverless technologies You have experience managing application topics, priorities, and workflows to align with technical and business goals Are you ready to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation Why you will love working with us Thinking outside of the box, working on new topics and concepts, deliver great solutions to our internal customers is essential to bring success to our business.

This role is a full time position based on an unlimited contract.
