Your mission will be…
Individual monitoring and reporting of change implementation where required, based on key figures, as well as review and completion of requests for change (RFC);
Regular meetings with Process Owners to coordinate activities;
Develop and align concepts/ specifications with affected roles and Developer Teams;
Steer and control external Developer Teams;
Define acceptance criteria and perform Release Management;
Drive Quality Control and Continuous improvement;
Lead kick-off meetings with customers and provide technical counselling that best aligns business requirements to standard features of the service;
Responsibility for initiation, documentation and authorization of changes, taking in account their impact, advantages, costs and risks;
Identify, investigate and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
We are looking for someone with…
Proficient in English (required), German is a plus;
Good organization, project oriented and time management skills;
Good knowledge in Excel/Ms Office tools is required;
Excellent social skills and ability to build a positive relationship with partners to achieve a common goal;
Experience in change management and/or project management in IT related areas;
We need proactive candidates on the ability to solve problems and think analytically;
Technical background in AWS, Azure or Java is helpful;
Proficiency in business and project management, statistics & analytics;
Knowledge in Jira or/and Ms Project, databases and reporting tools are a plus;
Scrum certification or Agile knowledge is desirable;
We need a teammate, with good communication & presentation skills.
