It Change Manager

Mission

We are looking for an IT Change Manager to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Location: Porto or Lisbon

Responsibilities

Following the good practices established in the organization, manages the process and life cycle of all changes and ensures that service disruption is avoided or minimized;

Works directly with the organization's change agents, identifies and prioritizes changes ensuring their correct registration in the management platform;

Prepares content for company information, ensuring consistent and continuous information;

Aligns the defined metrics and ensures KPIs;

Deliver excellent stakeholder service, maintain effective communication, demonstrate professionalism, and commit to exceeding expectations;

Build and sustain strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders;

Profile

Professional experience in the functions indicated;

An excellent communicator, is able to unblock critical or tense topics and generate consensus within direct group of activity as well as other elements of the organization;

Experience with ServiceNow and Office;

Strong knowledge of ITIL;

Team-work driven;

Good analytical skills;

Excellent communication skills;

Fluency in English is mandatory;

Hybrid work - office in Porto or Lisbon (1/2x per week).
