It Change Manager

We are looking for an IT Change Manager to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!
Location: Porto or Lisbon Responsibilities Following the good practices established in the organization, manages the process and life cycle of all changes and ensures that service disruption is avoided or minimized;Works directly with the organization's change agents, identifies and prioritizes changes ensuring their correct registration in the management platform;Prepares content for company information, ensuring consistent and continuous information;Aligns the defined metrics and ensures KPIs;Delivers excellent stakeholder service, maintains effective communication, demonstrates professionalism, and commits to exceeding expectations;Builds and sustains strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders;Profile Professional experience in the functions indicated;An excellent communicator, able to unblock critical or tense topics and generate consensus within the direct group of activity as well as with other elements of the organization;Experience with ServiceNow and Office;Strong knowledge of ITIL;Teamwork driven;Good analytical skills;Fluency in English is mandatory;Hybrid work - office in Porto or Lisbon (1/2x per week).Send your CV & join our team!
