Role : Senior IT Business Partner - Finance and HR Overview : We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to act as a bridge between technology and business, focusing specifically on Finance and HR functions.
The role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively partner with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions while maintaining a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Finance and HR leaders to understand their objectives, challenges, and operational needs.
Develop and execute an IT strategy that supports their goals and ensures alignment with broader business priorities.
Solution Delivery: Translate business requirements into actionable IT solutions, ensuring prioritisation of projects that deliver maximum value to Finance and HR operations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between IT and the Finance and HR teams, fostering strong relationships to facilitate effective communication and advocacy.
Project Leadership: Oversee IT projects related to Finance and HR, from defining scope and objectives to monitoring progress, managing risks, and delivering results that meet or exceed expectations.
Change Management: Lead initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of new technologies and processes, providing training and support to users and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects and operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications and Experience: Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, business analysis, or a related field, with a focus on Finance and/or HR functions.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Finance and HR processes and technologies, including ERP systems, e-invoicing platforms, ServiceNow HRSD, and data analytics.
Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to lead IT projects and manage cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
Communication Skills: Portuguese and English fluent speaking.
Leadership and Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and drive organisational improvement.
Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of risk management practices and regulatory requirements.
