Who You Are: Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields; Empathetic, focused, eager to learn, and excited to grow in the commercial field; Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in Portuguese and English; Based in the Lisbon area, with availability for on-site work (Lisbon - Expo) and client visits.
What Youll Do: Market prospecting , scheduling meetings, and aligning with clients on their technical needs; Connect clients with innovative solutions tailored to their needs; Source and attract top IT talent using digital channels and platforms; Conduct interviews and manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end; Manage client relationships and ensure the success of our consultancy teams; Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest IT industry trends and best practices.
What Were Looking For: Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends; Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment .
