Overview / Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented professional to support the Business Unit Director in developing and executing sales strategies that align with our operating unit's objectives.
This role focuses on promoting and selling specific offerings, building a strong network within the sales territory, and representing the organization at trade shows and events to identify opportunities, enhance visibility, and strengthen our market position.
Responsibilities and Tasks: Identify and target new opportunities to expand our services within key markets.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our offerings to potential clients.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and advancements in the cloud ecosystem to inform sales strategies.
Mandatory Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or related roles.
Background in the IT sector is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with Time & Materials Business (Outsourcing).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address client challenges effectively.
Strategic mindset with experience developing and executing account plans to meet objectives.
Proficiency in sales techniques, including negotiation, deal closing, and upselling/cross-selling.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish lasting client connections.
Adaptability to changing market conditions, client needs, and internal processes.
Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
