Find and develop new business related with Syone'ssolutions portfolio;Build strong relationships with clients, mapping and presenting solutions for their outsourcing needs, working closely with our People Scouting & Professional Services areas;Ensure the successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and goals;Analysis and Development of Sales Offers;Deliver strong Sales Presentations;Deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis;Elaborate proposals and participate in Sales meetings and demos;Interact with different stakeholders;Participate in events to develop networking;Identify opportunities and develop account goals, strategies and tactics;Anticipate client operational, strategical and commercial needs;Manage different client accounts. Who you are? A dynamic person with proven experience in Information Technologies;Graduated in Engineering, Business Administration or IT areas;Previous experience (2+ years)in Sales positions, namely in Outsourcing LoB;Result-driven;Well organized and proactive, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at a fast pace;Excellent in prioritization and time management;Able to easily build relationships with the different players of the business;Able to analyze and solve problems;Able to work as a team;Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills;Very ambitious mindset;English Proficiency.
