We are looking for a IT Business Developer for Syone's Operation!
What will be your Mission?
Find and develop new business related with Syone's solutions portfolio; Build strong relationships with clients, mapping and presenting solutions for their outsourcing needs, working closely with our People Scouting & Professional Services areas; Ensure the successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and goals; Analysis and Development of Sales Offers; Deliver strong Sales Presentations; Deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis; Elaborate proposals and participate in Sales meetings and demos; Interact with different stakeholders; Participate in events to develop networking; Identify opportunities and develop account goals, strategies and tactics; Anticipate client operational, strategical and commercial needs; Manage different client accounts.
Who you are?
A dynamic person with proven experience in Information Technologies; Graduated in Engineering, Business Administration or IT areas; Previous experience (2+ years) in Sales positions, namely in Outsourcing LoB; Result-driven; Well organized and proactive, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at a fast pace; Excellent in prioritization and time management; Able to easily build relationships with the different players of the business; Able to analyze and solve problems; Able to work as a team; Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; Very ambitious mindset; English Proficiency.
