Your New Role As an IT Business
Analyst, you will be a crucial part of the Innovation and Development team,
acting as the primary point of contact for technical and functional analysis.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and
translate them into technical requirements.
Responsibilities: Analyse technical and
functional requirements for integration solutions, aligning with business
needs and stakeholder expectations. Collaborate in specifying
and modelling information flows between internal and external systems to
enhance efficiency and innovation in transport processes. Document and oversee the
implementation of integrations, ensuring quality and adherence to defined
requirements. Conduct testing and validation of functionalities, supporting the development team in
resolving technical issues. Interact with
multidisciplinary teams, gaining practical knowledge of the sector and
transport operations. Report to the Business
Delivery Coordinator in the Transport area. What You'll Need to Succeed: Academic background in
Engineering with a focus on information systems. Up to 2 years of
experience as an IT Business Analyst, with exposure to integration
environments and large-scale projects. Excellent analytical
skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of
integration solutions, web services, and data exchange via API (knowledge
of EAI is valued). Fluency in English. Ability to communicate in
Spanish. Teamwork skills and a
strong orientation towards continuous learning. Ease in technical
