You'll work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience with our cloud-based Cornerstone system.

What you will do: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Participate in pre-studies and breakdown of business requirements to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time, and resources according to standard templates. Implement and configure the Cornerstone cloud-based learning management system (LMS). Support the development and rollout of a new learning platform, enhancing user experience. Facilitate workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, understanding customer and user requirements, their strategies, and their goals. Ensure data security and compliance, particularly regarding external user access. Continuously review and edit requirements, specifications, and recommendations related to a proposed solution. Support implementation of to-be processes, including training delivery. Who you are: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Cornerstone. Proficient in using and configuring cloud-based learning management systems (LMS) and Learning eXperience Platforms (LXP). Strong communication skills with the ability to find solutions, data-oriented, and focused on teamwork. Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
