Job Description
MISSION:
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with experience in agile methodology to integrate one of our squads.
You will work from Lisbon (hybrid model) collaborating daily with a global team in a multi-country and multi-cultural environment."
Main Tasks:
Collect, analyze and prioritize business requirements, anticipating problems and evaluating impacts
Conduct workshops with relevant stakeholders, sponsors and/or teams to define the solution.
Analyze business requirements with a critical mindset and challenge them when needed.
Identify and specify the solution with squad and tribe architects.
Effectively breakdown business needs into requirements contained within a product backlog which can then be implemented in a series of short and iterative development cycles.
Clearly communicate those business needs to the development team by writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Test user stories during development phase and contribute to increase test automation coverage.
Participate in the organization of user acceptance tests with the end users.
Write and update documentation with content adapted to target audience (Development, Product and Support teams) and deliver training sessions.
Technical Skills:
Minimum of 5 years experience as a business analyst working in a context of agile software development
Experience in translating business requirements into user stories, use cases and technical requirements.
Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
Working knowledge of software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management.
College degree ( in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management Systems or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in estimating techniques.
Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization's business areas.
Qualifications
