Descrição Create and implement solutions in line with the overall applications strategy and IT Target Landscape.Implement global digitalization strategy and align with the global team members in all regions.Evaluate and approve solution proposals by business/receiver.Support and supervise solution/technical requirements with cross-functional architects to provide cost-efficient solutions.Facilitate and ensure alignment with business stakeholders on new ideas and support business to push to executive approval.Facilitate and manage customer expectations and conflicts on timing and technical possibilities on projects and changes.Create solutions and ensure alignment of new requirements with the strategic road map and Enterprise Architecture.Coordinate requirements for US and EMEA and support cross-regional/functional alignment.Support and facilitate the evaluation and procurement of software applications.Direct regular project gateway reviews on demands and ideas in the BIT: Business Integration Lead meeting.Decide and approve new applications.Facilitate and direct new implementations and drive escalations.Ensure installation, configuration, maintenance, and upkeep of applications in scope.Manage ServiceDesk resources and outsourcing.Report on the progress of operational matters to senior management and stakeholders.Direct project management to ensure successful execution from the build of functional and technical documentation till UAT and Hypercare.Ensure availability and validation of project and change documentation as well as user documentation.Ensure transparency on the cost for projects and changes as well as budget compliance with the IT Procurement team.Manage a highly educated, performing, and motivated team.Manage SLA and KPI for Projects, Operation, and ServiceDesk.Run frequent performance reviews with team members to drive and ensure positive team development.Manage training requirements out of the performance reviews.Manage vendors and perform regular performance review meetings.Control budget and provide financial management (Budget Alignment per Vendor, projects, and changes).Ensure KPI's and performance reports are available.Perfil ideal Bachelor in Business Admin/Information Tech.4-6 years of experience in a similar function.Strong data-driven mindset and architectural and technical understanding.Good managerial skills and strong team player.Good and warm communication skills.Self-driven personality.Vantagens Integration into a stable team and a great professional career opportunity.
