What you will enjoy doing
You will be managing and optimizing the overall Applications landscape in alignment with Company's strategy.
Responsible for creating and maintaining up-to-date information related to Applications (SLA, CMDB, Inventory, and Risk Assessment) and managing life cycle management.
Be in charge of managing software licenses for server-based and desktop Applications.
You will manage Change Management activities related to Applications.
You will be the IT Service contact for projects being led by other IT areas.
As part of the team, you will also manage activities directly related to the upgrade, replacement, or decommissioning of Applications, drive Business to facilitate the understanding of the IT environment, collect their needs, and monitor Applications KPIs.
You will also be coordinating with Business and other IT areas the deployment of new Applications features.
Align and manage the implementation of Global IT policies (SSO, Security, and Data Privacy).
You will actively participate in the digitalization and task automation processes, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation.
What makes you great
You have education in computer science.
You have proven experience of 3 to 5 years in IT Services Management, preferably in the Applications area.
You have knowledge in Applications architecture (on-premise and cloud), Data Protection, and IT Security standards.
You are service-oriented (ITIL v3 or v4) having management skills and the ability to adapt quickly in an IT changing environment.
Open-minded to work in a multicultural, diverse, and inclusive organization.
You speak the local language and are fluent in English.
You are ready to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project.
You are able to collect, interpret, and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.

This role is a full-time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:00 hrs.
