Linde Portugal IT Application Services Specialist (m/f/d) Lisboa, Portugal | req17585 What you will enjoy doing You will be managing and optimizing the overall Applications landscape in alignment with Company's strategy Responsible to create and maintain up to date all the information related to Applications (SLA, CMDB, Inventory and Risk Assessment) and manage life cycle management Be in charge of managing software licenses for server-based and desktop Applications You will manage Change Management activities related to Applications You will be the IT Service contact for projects being led by other IT areas As part of the team, you will also manage activities directly related with the upgrade, replacement or decommissioning of Applications, drive Business to facilitate the understanding of IT environment, collect their needs and monitoring Applications KPIs You will also be coordinating with Business and other IT areas the deployment of new Applications features Align and manage the implementation of Global IT policies (SSO, Security and Data Privacy) You will actively participate in the digitalization and task automation processes, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation What makes you great You have education in computers science You have proven experience of 3 to 5 years in IT Services Management, preferably in the Applications area You have knowledge in Applications architecture (on premise and cloud), Data Protection and IT Security standards You are service oriented (ITIL v3 or v4) having management skills and ability to adapt quickly in an IT changing environment With open minded to work in a multicultural, diverse and inclusive organization You speak local language and are fluent in English Are you ready to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation Why you will love working with us Thinking outside of the box, working on new topics and concepts, deliver great solutions to our internal customers is essential to bring success to our business.

This role is a full time position based on an unlimited contract.
The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:00 hrs.
