It is hereby announced that, at this School of Agriculture of the University of Lisbon (hereinafter referred to as the Institute), an international recruitment competition is open for a period of 30 working days starting from the day following the publication of this Notice in the Diário da República. This competition is for the recruitment, under a public employment contract, of a Full Professor in the disciplinary area of Agricultural Engineering.

Admission Requirements:
Only those who hold a Doctoral degree awarded more than five years prior to the application deadline and who have achieved the title of "Agregado" are eligible for this competition.
The provisions of Chapter VI of the Regulation apply regarding proof and fulfillment of the admission requirements and candidate exclusions.
Holders of academic degrees awarded by foreign higher education institutions must have their doctoral degree recognized in accordance with Decree-Law No. 66/2018 of August 16, as currently amended.
Foreign candidates, except those from Portuguese-speaking countries, must demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese at the C1 level.
Evaluation and Ranking Parameters:
The purpose of this competition is to assess the ability and performance of candidates in various aspects, including:
Conducting scientific research, cultural creation, or technological development activities;
Teaching assigned courses and supervising students;
Engaging in university outreach and scientific dissemination;
Participating in the management of university institutions.

Curriculum vitae including relevant activities;
Document listing the ten most relevant academic contributions;
Electronic versions of the scientific articles mentioned;
Document outlining the Scientific-Pedagogical Project proposed by the candidate.
Language:
All application documents must be submitted in either Portuguese or English.
Jury Composition:
The jury is composed of members from the University of Lisbon and other institutions.
