What you'll do
Preventive and corrective second level troubleshooting ensuring quality and continuity of service and the restoring time for IP Network Elements.
Perform data configuration, software rollout and support integration activities with Planning, Design and Delivery teams.
Accountabilities:
Provide troubleshooting, analysis & problem solution for critical situations
Implement preventive software correction packages on nodes to solve network problems
Participate in acceptance & testing of new nodes, systems, features & services.
Implement software & hardware system upgrades and updates
Provides technical input for automation
Provides technical inputs for Self-healing
Who you are
Bachelor or Master's degree on Engineering or Computer Science
Cisco Certification CCNA
Expert knowledge and experience on IP/MPLS networks (min 3y)
Expert Knowledge in the area of the installation and configuration of network components (Routers, Switches, MBH, BNG,…) with more evidence in BNGs and Multicast
Automation & scripting Tools developing experience is a plus
SW Engineering knowledge Python, SW Frameworks, REST API, etc
Project Management
English language (spoken and written)
