YOUR ROLEWe are looking for an IoT Support Engineer to join our team - people with a healthy obsession about systems maintenance, cloud architecture, software development, data collecting, security, automation and scalability.

As an IoT Support Engineer, you will understand how the solution works end to end, help improve, develop and troubleshoot software components that encompass our IoT solutions and be able to guide the support activities through the necessary tasks to reach the SLAs and ensure KPIs defined.
What you'll do:
• Work on IoT projects focused on devices and edge devices provisioning, configuration and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot software and network issues.
• Work with Azure IoT Edge Modules / containers.
• Work with backend API microservices.
• Help improve and troubleshoot data pipelines and Streaming Data Analytics.
• Maintain IoT Hub and Edge routes definition and ensure documentation is up to date.
YOUR PROFILE• Graduated or higher in Electronics, Computer Science or other technical discipline, or related practical experience.
• Experience with Linux Operating Systems (Windows is a plus).
• Experience with major cloud providers preferred (i.e., Azure, AWS).
• Experience designing IoT edge solutions and modules development (desired).
• Experience with one or more of the following: .Net core, Python, Java or C++.
• Experience with two or more of the following: SQL / Kafka / Mongo / MQTT / Stream Analytics / Thingsboard.
• Have a systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills, proactivity and a sense of ownership and drive.
• Proficient in English - written and verbal.
• Azure or AWS certifications will be a plus (Sysops Administrator, DevOps Engineer, etc.).
• An interest in the design of IoT & connected devices and resource-constrained embedded systems.
• Knowledge of one or more communication protocols: 2G / 4G, RS485, MODBUS, GPRS, LORA, LORAWAN, SNMP, Wifi, BLE or other relevant.
• IoT Edge deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Azure IoT experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure IoT solution accelerator or similar reference architectures.
• 2 years or more of experience on data processing, analytics, AI and/or ML.
• Think out of the box and willing to explore new things.
