We are looking for an IoT Connectivity Engineer – Where expertise in cellular, LPWAN, and SATCOM technologies meets Industrial Cloud Native IoT.
You'll be working with an Industrial Internet of Things company serving the Energy, Industrial Gases, Chemicals, and Water sectors. Your team will lead the next-generation connectivity for our cloud-native services, including digital twins, analytics, web, and mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on end-to-end performance of cellular and LPWAN connectivity for our IoT systems.
Collaborate within a cross-disciplinary team, including technology, customer success, operations, and country teams, aiming to drive end-to-end efficiency.
Lead from an SME perspective on connectivity-related tasks, such as RFIs/RFQs, APNs/VPNs, performance KPIs, and service management.
Manage processes like SIM/eSIM/eUICC provisioning and EoL automation, incident response, and billing validation.
What You'll Need to Succeed
At least 3 years of IoT/Telecom connectivity experience (e.g., 2G, LTE, NB-IOT, LORA, SIGFOX).
BSc in Computer, Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.
Practical knowledge of networking and communication protocols such as UDP, TCP-IP, MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, or standards like OCF, OneM2M, Thread, and Matter.
Experience in supply chain and lifecycle activities within the connectivity ecosystem.
Familiarity with the 3GPP ecosystem.
Understanding of edge-to-cloud mobile communication systems.
Basic knowledge of Cloud Computing architectures.
Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills in English.
Understanding of RF design fundamentals (a plus).
Experience in product/project management (Agile and/or PMO/PMI BoK is a plus).
