Mercer Portugal is seeking candidates for the following position based in our Lisbon office:
INVESTMENTS DELIVERY MANAGER
The Investments Performance Reporting Team is responsible for the production of investments monitoring reports for pension funds from several European countries and Growth Markets, within Mercer's OCIO business, which include asset allocation, performance and risk analysis, funding level monitoring, research topics and strategy updates.

We will count on you to:
Lead or be an integral part of a project team through regular communication, sharing of best practices and monitoring of individual performance;
Be responsible for meeting the team's delivery budget targets in terms of volume, quality, efficiency, and deadlines;
Work with Service Managers to define an action plan for each service and monitor it;
Manage all aspects of work planning and resources for the team;
Be an agent of change, constantly contributing to improve and implement processes/solutions;
Consider how the investment strategy may evolve to reflect the changing dynamics of a person scheme and objectives;
Facilitate other ad-hoc projects and duties required to support the successful growth of Mercer's OCIO business such as integrating new software, maintaining internal tools and procedures;
Be a People Manager and coach, engage, motivate and manage people, while showing an empathetic and inclusive approach.
What you need to have:
Degree or Master's in Finance, Management or similar;
At least 7-10 years of proven Investments experience;
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint and particularly Excel;
Excellent interpersonal skills, focused on providing the best client experience;
Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders;
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to clearly articulate complex issues;
Excellent planning and organizational skills;
Proactive and goal-oriented.
