Join us in shaping the future of estate.We are currently looking for a new member for the Investment Management team to join us in the position of Investment Management Analyst.Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in MaiaRequirements:The ideal candidate has up to 2 years of experience in real estate within an investment management company, real estate consultancy or broker, M&A and/or Big 4, keen on starting a career in real estate investment management. We look for an individual with:Degree in Finance, Management or Economics, with excellent academic recordFamiliarity with Financial ModellingInterest and knowledge in the field of Real EstateProficient in English (mandatory)Strong communication and analytical skillsAbility to work well in diverse teams in a fast-paced and stimulating environmentPositive attitude and enthusiasmProactivity and energyDesire to learn, improve and become a proactive member of the teamExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailYou will quickly gain exposure to the entire investment cycle, including sourcing of opportunities, preliminary analysis, site visits, financial modelling, approvals from the management team, NBOs, due diligence, funding and structuring, legal documentation, closing, monitoring, add-on acquisitions and exit
