Then Emma is the right place for you.What you'll do :As part of the global Strategic procurement team, you will be part of our global supply chain team, being exposed to a worldwide supplier setup and having a direct impact on the growth of Emma.You will collaborate in Cost reduction projects and support in negotiations with some of our Business PartnersYou will be helping to implement cost-saving actions in your supply chain by having a strong business sense and an entrepreneurial mindset to spot opportunities.You look for new suppliers in different regions.You will help improving internal processes that will benefit the whole team.You will develop a deep knowledge of our suppliers, the main cost drivers per category, but also important sourcing markets & trends to make sure that Emma always sources at the best price level possible.You will support on Supply chain risk assessment across the category/ to minimize the impact of unforeseeable events on the supply chain.You will be helping on the strategic development of vendors through close collaboration.You will be an active collaborator in the product life cycle decision-making and team up with internal Stakeholders in product launches and phase-in and out products and suppliers.You will always challenge the status quo and look for further cost and efficiency improvements across all Product Groups to establish industry-leading COGS benchmarks.
