\n What you'll do:You will be responsible for managing your own projects in the field of Retail management across our European Emma storesYou will support the steering of retail performance/processes across our European Emma stores.You will suggest ideas to improve our stores based on feedback you get from the team and store managers.You will work closely with the store teams to gain insight to build efficiencies within store operations.You will be comfortable working with retail KPI's and the levers to challenge to build success.You will have the opportunity to work on other projects/activities that are aligned with your interests (Training calendar/execution, sales strategy, KPI development…). Who we're looking for:Currently, you are studying Retail management, Business Administration/Management or any related university program.You speak fluent English. Spanish and Portuguese are preffered.At best you gained first practical working experience in a start-up environment and or fast paced business.You have strong analytical skills and learn quickly. Excel skills crucialYou have strong communication and people skills both verbal/written.You like to take on responsibility and can work independently.You can start as soon as possible and are available for at least 6 months.
