In the eBike team, we develop innovative products and services that make eBiking even more fascinating – from highly efficient drives and the first production-ready ABS for pedelecs to smart connectivity solutions.

You will support the Reliability Engineer to validate the mechanics of display units, remote controls and sensor modules for eBikes of the next product generation and in series production.
Shape the Future of eBikes : Collaborate with our Reliability Engineer to validate and test mechanical parts and assemblies for eBike displays and remote controls.
Support Validation Planning : Develop, align, and execute validation plans, working closely with internal and external laboratories to test and verify product reliability.
Execute Validation Tests : Conduct some of these tests yourself and provide thorough documentation to stakeholders.
Project Collaboration : Act as a key member of the project team, focusing on validation and providing support to the testing team in production.
Cross-Functional Work : Work with a multidisciplinary, cross-site team, sharing your expertise and aligning testing processes with other Bosch eBike locations.
Qualifications What distinguishes you: Education : Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
Experience & Know-how : Experience or strong interest in the validation and reliability testing of mechanical components.
Ability to assess product designs through validation and reliability tests.
Languages : Strong English communication skills.
Working Style & Methods : Able to balance business needs with quality requirements, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Personality : Motivated learner with adaptability and enthusiasm for cross-cultural collaboration.
Brings a proactive approach to challenges and thrives in a diverse, global team environment.
