As an International Visual Merchandiser you will act as a Brand Ambassador and will promote Parfois´ image and commerciality in an international environment and markets, covering Franchise Stores.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and apply International Strategy with Visual Merchandising HQ and Franchising Operations teams, agreeing key objectives, communicating to team and reviewing progress regularly.
Adjust Visual Merchandising (indoor and window) to market needs and specifications, according to Parfois' image.
Training, influence and empower teams to execute VM requirements.

PROFILE:

Professional experience in a similar position (at least 3 years)
Strong visual merchandising skills and the ability to drive business through creativity, fashion consciousness and commerciality
Fluent in English (spoken and written). Fluency in other languages is a plus
Availability to travel internationally (at least 3 weeks per month)
Must be available to live in Porto
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
