Offer Description Notice is hereby given that, by order of mine, issued on the date of signature of this notice, the following is open for a period of 30 (thirty) working days following the publication of the present notice in Diário da República [Official Journal of the Portuguese Republic], international call for tenders to fill 2 (two) positions in the university teaching career, in the category of Full Professor, under a contract of employment in public functions for an indefinite period, subject area of Medicine, from Faculty of Medicine of the University of Coimbra.
Admission Requirements: Applicants shall be at least 18 years old, not be inhibited to holding a job in the public sector, nor forbidden to perform the intended position; applicants shall also be in good health and possess the psychological profile required for the job and shall meet the compulsory vaccination requirements.
To be, on the date of the deadline for submitting applications, holder of a doctorate degree for more than five years, and with the title of habilitation "Agregação", in the disciplinary area for which the tender is open (subject area of Medicine), or in a related area that, complemented with the scientific path, show the ability to work centrally the tender is open.
At the time of application, applicants shall hold a degree of Consultant in the special medical career and medical career.

Curriculum Vitae duly dated and signed, in both Portuguese and English.
Career Development plan up to 10 pages.
Copy of qualification certificates.
Document identifying 5 significant scientific contributions.
Copy of relevant works.
Document proving obtaining Consultant degree.
Selection Methods and Criteria: Selection Methods: CV Assessment (50%) + Public Hearing (50%).
Selection criteria include scientific performance, pedagogical skills, and medical expertise relevant to the mission of a global university.
