You inspire with new ideas, lighting solutions and possibilities to meet sales targets and achieve the company's goals. Your goal is to make Delta Light the reference of high-end architectural lighting in your region and create the best service towards the project market.Maintain existing partners and look for new partners in the region, support them and have impact on them and increase their Delta Light efficiencyPropose actions to increase our brand awareness and act as a brand ambassadorAct as the link between the market and Delta Light to make this successfulTarget projects in the residential, hospitality and office segment by promoting and marketing Delta Light product range to the 'design community'Build up relationships with specifiers in general: architects, interior & lighting designersFollow up on all stakeholders involved in a project: investor – specifier – DL partner – contractorMeet consultants, contractors, engineers and investors for the requirement of lighting products for their projects or tenders and provide the best lighting solutions and advice for indoor and outdoor projects, working alongside with our design teamHandle and present lighting solutions liaising with consultants, architects and end usersMeticulously prepare bill of quantities and technical submittals as well as quotations for projects and public tendersFollow up the project until client's approval and coordinate commercial activity with the Area ManagerCoordinate processes for successful conclusion of projects in the region procured through international specificationMaximize the customer satisfaction in all contacts existing between you and the marketBe responsible to optimize margin by strategical negotiationProfileBackground in one or more of following: architectural / lighting / electrical or similar technical backgroundExperience and network in the architectural and design communityExcellent computer skills and analytical skillsPerfect knowledge of Portuguese, French and English, other languages are a plusDetermination and passion for his/her work, and have a problem solving attitudeKnowledge of lighting specificsWilling to travel frequently in region of Portugal and North Africa.Knowledge of habits and culture of the different countries of the regionWe offerA no-nonsense mentality.We work in a flat structure where decisions are taken quickly and a transparent feedback culture prevails.
