We are currently hiring a highly motivated International Sales Engineer to join a leading provider of motion control solutions across diverse industries.
Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new international business opportunities within the vehicle and automation industry, including OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers;
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts;
Collaborate with the engineering team to understand technical requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs;
Provide technical support and expertise to customers throughout the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions;
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing deals;
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation;
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company, reporting on sales activities and performance regularly.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.);
Minimum 3 years experience in technical sales, preferably within the vehicle or automation industry;
Commercial experience in international markets;
Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, components, and manufacturing processes;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences;
Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth;
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively;
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite;
Possibility of growth in a leading company.
