Job Title: International Payroll Specialist
Job Purpose: The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the payroll process and is the point of contact within the HR department and with all employees regarding payroll queries for the countries he/she is responsible for.
Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Maintain compliance with local tax and labor regulations.
Provide financial insights.
Assist in performing standard accounting tasks related to payroll processes (salary calculation) for our clients.
Maintain payroll records for new hires, leaves, and terminations.
Own payroll incidents end to end, ensuring resolution and developing specific plans to mitigate or address concerns with relevant stakeholders.
Provide periodic reporting to team members, department leaders, and the wider organization.
Minimum Requirements:
Prior payroll processing experience for at least 2 years.
Experience within a payroll environment.
Ability to work within tight deadlines.
You will be part of the international Finance team based in the Netherlands and will report to the Senior International Payroll Manager based in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands.
