Join a high reputable multinational company - Global Business ServicesSobre o nosso clienteOur client is a Multinational Company, with Global Business Service in Portugal.DescriçãoLead and demonstrate the ability to drive high performance from the team and to provide focus on strategic areas - both operational and financial.Provide financial guidance & insights and communicate the overall performance.Work closely with the site controllers and site managers of approximately 10 Industrial sites to drive competitiveness, maintain robust cost controls, and ensure the relevance of global KPIs.Partner with Business and Operations to deliver performance and elaborate options.Collaborate within the Finance function of the company.Ensure efficient processes and reliability of figures, mostly around OPEX and CAPEX.Ensure compliance with IFRS norms as needed and steer internal controls.Support competitiveness and excellence projects.Be a leader in the Group transformation, supporting all financial topics to ensure cultural change, providing key insights, and rallying people around efforts.Perfil idealEducation & Experience:University degree in Business Administration / FinanceMinimum 15 years experience in ControllingExperience in understanding costing methodology, fixed cost controls, and variance analysisSAP knowledge, IFRS, international exposure, Reporting, etc.Experience in Business PartneringBehavioral Competences:Strong ability to challenge the Status QuoImpact & InfluenceStrong collaborative skillsGood communication skills to present and explain financial information to various levels of the organizationFluent in EnglishVantagensHybrid Working ModelA good opportunity for your professional growth
