Partnering with Business and Operations to deliver performance and to elaborate options. Working in close collaboration within the Finance function of the company. Ensure efficient processes and reliability of figures, mostly around OPEX and CAPEX. Ensuring compliance with IFRS norms as needed and the steering of internal controls. Successfully support competitiveness and excellence projects. Being a leader in the Group transformation, supporting all financial topics to ensure cultural change, providing key insights, and rallying people around efforts. Perfil ideal Education & Experience: University degree in Business Administration / Finance Minimum 15 years experience in Controlling Experience in understanding costing methodology, fixed cost controls, and variance analysis SAP knowledge, IFRS, international exposure, Reporting, etc. Experience in Business Partnering Behavioral Competences: Strong ability to challenge the Status Quo Impact & Influence Strong collaborative skills Good communication skills to present and explain financial information to various levels of the organization Fluent in English Vantagens Hybrid Working Model A good opportunity for your professional growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
