Job Description
Lead and demonstrate the ability to drive high performance from the team and to provide focus on strategic areas - both operational and financial.
Providing financial guidance & insights and communicating the overall performance.
A broad scope entails working closely with the site controllers and site managers of approximately 10 Industrial sites and driving competitiveness, maintaining robust cost controls, and ensuring the relevance of global KPIs.
Partnering with Business and Operations to deliver performance and to elaborate options.
Working in close collaboration within the Finance function of the company.
Ensure efficient processes and reliability of figures, mostly around OPEX and CAPEX.
Ensuring compliance with IFRS norms as needed and the steering of internal controls.
Successfully support competitiveness and excellence projects.
Being a leader in the Group transformation, supporting all financial topics to ensure cultural change, providing key insights, and rallying people around efforts.
The Successful Applicant
Education & Experience:
University degree in Business Administration / Finance
Minimum 15 years experience in Controlling
Experience in understanding costing methodology, fixed cost controls, and variance analysis
SAP knowledge, IFRS, international exposure, Reporting, etc.
Experience in Business Partnering

Good communication skills to present and explain financial information to various levels of the organization
Fluent in English
