ROLEWe are looking for an experienced International Tax Associate to manage and oversee tax compliance and planning activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax accounting and international tax laws and regulations and will work closely with the global tax team to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies.WHAT YOU'LL DOAssist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax provision calculations in accordance with IFRS or US GAAPEnsure accurate and timely reporting of tax-related items in financial statementsMaintain accurate and organized records of all tax-related documentsPrepare detailed tax reports and schedules for internal and external audits – previous experience with SOX is a plusAssist in the preparation of financial statements by providing relevant tax informationPrepare and review corporate income tax returns for various countries within the Group – experience in UK taxes is a plusEnsure timely filing of tax returns and related compliance documentationLiaise with external auditors and tax advisors as necessaryEnsure compliance with withholding taxes obligations on cross-border operationsManage tax audits and inquiries from tax authoritiesPrepare and provide necessary documentation and responses to tax authoritiesWHO YOU AREBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related fieldDegree or Specialization in Taxation or a related field is a plus4-6 years of experience in tax, preferably with a focus on international tax and previous experience with UK and US taxesExperience with multinational companies or Big4 is strongly preferredStrong knowledge of international tax laws and regulations with previous experience in UK taxesProficiency in tax compliance and accounting software (Dynamics365 and SAP).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large amounts of dataEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlinesFluency in English is mandatory#J-18808-Ljbffr
