Internal Service Assistant Trainee (M/F)

Internal Service Assistant Trainee (M/F) Daikin Europe NV (DENV) is a subsidiary of Daikin Industries Limited, a major Japanese company and the world's largest producer and supplier of HVAC-R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) solutions, including heating pumps and refrigeration technology.
Daikin Portugal (DAPT) is one of DENV's sales affiliates, with offices in Paço D'Arcos (head office) and Vila do Conde.
Sector: HVAC
Reporting directly to the HelpDesk department supervisor, the trainee's main tasks will be:
Process warranty procedures
Manage access to Daikin platforms
Provide administrative support to the internal technicians and engineers.
Who are we looking for?
Candidate with a complete high school level (12º ano)
Basic technical knowledge of mechanics/electromechanics and/or HVAC will be a plus
Knowledge of English (minimum B1)
High level of autonomy to carry out tasks, ensuring strict follow-up of their activities.
