About the role:
As anInternal Sales Specialist in VMware, you will be specialized in within theAdvanced Solutions Business Unitallocated to accounts where possible, deep knowledge of portfolio, process and vendor pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders; incentivized based on part of the portfolio .
What you'll do:
Build Excellent customer and vendor sales relationships throughproactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledgeunder supervision.

Generate new business opportunitiesby planning outbound calls to customers and can have a general conversation around a Data & Applications area.

Achievemonthly/quarterly Revenueand Margin targets.

Proactively develop relationships withkey internal and externalcontacts.

Engages inactive inside sellingby using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and uses this to maximize call potential and outcomes.

Managescustomer back order along specialist knowledgeand engages in "intelligent project fishing".

Provide, sell and negotiateproduct information, pricing, special offers and promotions.

Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagement.

Identifies project opportunitiesand engages with BDMs if specific product/ vendor knowledge is required.

Generate and own a pipeline of dealsin TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities.

What we're kindly looking for:
Minimum 1 year of previous experience in Inside Sales in the IT Scope.

Proficiency level in Spanish will be very valuable.

A knowledge of product set (VMWare or similar) would be desirable.

Location: Lisbon.
