As the Director of Internal Operations , you will reinvent, optimize and lead our Human Resources related operations to match Sword's needs and support the strategic objectives of the organization. What you'll be doing: Revamp Sword's recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent while increasing efficiency; Redesign and implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance; Upgrade the onboarding and off-boarding experience and process to ensure internal alignment, efficiency and smooth transitions; Build and coordinate training programs that ensure compliance and professional development; Craft and oversee leveling and compensation programs to ensure competitive and fair pay practices; Manage innovative employee Benefits Programs to support workforce well-being; Optimize HR Systems for streamlined operations and accurate data; Upgrade accurate employee records and ensure data integrity; Build data analytics and insights to define HR strategies and decision-making; Manage and develop executive assistants (EAs) to support senior leadership; Be a trusted advisor to the Leadership team; Resolve conflicts efficiently and fairly, fostering a positive and productive work environment; Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
