As the Director of Internal Operations, you will reinvent, optimize and lead our Human Resources related operations to match Sword's needs and support the strategic objectives of the organization. What you'll be doing: Revamp Sword's recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent while increasing efficiency; Redesign and implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance; Upgrade the onboarding and off-boarding experience and process to ensure internal alignment, efficiency and smooth transitions; Build and coordinate training programs that ensure compliance and professional development; Craft and oversee leveling and compensation programs to ensure competitive and fair pay practices; Manage innovative employee Benefits Programs to support workforce well-being; Optimize HR Systems forstreamlined operations and accurate data; Upgrade accurate employee records and ensure data integrity; Build data analytics and insights to define HR strategies and decision-making; Manage and develop executive assistants (EAs) to support senior leadership; Be a trusted advisor tothe Leadership team; Resolve conflicts efficiently and fairly, fostering a positive and productive work environment; Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
