Internal Instructor in the Spa Area (m/f)Ref FI-LX07/24We are looking to strengthen our SPA team by hiring a Trainer with proven experience in the Spa field and pedagogical skills certification for the preparation of therapist teams.Requirements:Professional training and proven experience in the SPA area;Certificate of Pedagogical Skills (CCP) or Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude (CAP);Availability to carry out face-to-face training in Lisbon, Porto, Óbidos, and Algarve;Good interpersonal and teamwork relationships;Strong sense of responsibility and organization;Driver's license;Knowledge of the English language;Computer knowledge from the user's perspective.Responsibilities:Preparation of training to be carried out;Formation of teams of therapists;Control of the quality of the service provided.Oferece-seTraining in international brands in Spa therapies;Ongoing professional monitoring and training;Remuneration compatible with demonstrated experience;CandidaturaI expressly authorize the personal data provided by me to be processed by TOPSPA, always having the right to access, rectify and delete them.
