Job Description Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-divisional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.
International and interdisciplinary cooperation: As Specialist for the execution of Internal Control/ Monitoring Procedures (MP) (f/m/div.), you will be part of the new company to be set up in the future and thus contribute to a globally networked team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.
In your position, you take over the responsibility for the cross-functional execution of internal control and MP activities. This includes the generation of reports from our IT systems, the sample preparation and analysis, the analysis of supporting documents, the documentation of actions and results in the dedicated tool/spreadsheet, as well as the conclusion on a check result.
You will provide and explain findings to the functional teams and process owners about control findings and collaborate with the teams in terms of corrective measures definition, measures follow-up, documentation of actions and results in the dedicated tool/spreadsheet and working files.
Preparation of status reports and presentations for management and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications What distinguishes you:
Education : Completed education in economic, financial, or accounting field or corresponding work experience instead.
Experience and Knowledge : Good knowledge in SAP and MS Office. Likes to work with processes and procedures.
Personality and Working Practice : Analytical and problem-solving skills with a high awareness of quality, reliability, and responsibility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Language : Fluent in English, German desirable.
