We are looking for an Internal Control and Risk Management Analyst for the Internal Control, Data & Operational Risk Department.
The main responsibilities include:
Performing the risk management cycle and assisting in the preparation of risk profiles
Monitoring the implementation of risk mitigation actions
Managing the Risk Appetite Framework
Defining and implementing risk indicators
Monitoring and reporting the company's risk indicators
Verifying the effectiveness of the internal control system
Assisting in the preparation of the self-assessment report to be submitted to the Bank of Portugal
Managing Internal Control and Risk Management projects
If you have:
Excellent academic track record in Management, Engineering, Auditing, or equivalent professional qualifications
Certifications in business processes, internal control, and risk management
At least 2 years experience in business process management, internal control, and risk management (preferably in the financial sector)
Excellent analytical skills
Critical thinking
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Experience in project management
Adaptability to the business and people
