Job Description
The Communications trainee will support all activities related to executive and internal communications for the ngCoreERP Program, including (but not limited to):
Gather and analyze internal information to prepare briefings, memos, posts, presentations, quarterly communications, and other communications materials as needed.
Help to manage the internal communication inbox, handling queries and directing to the correct stakeholders.
Being comfortable engaging and interacting with all stakeholders, including the leadership team.
Track activities and report results about all activities.
Post content on Teams and Yammer.
Duration: 12 months
Target start date: December 1, 2024
Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
Design PowerPoint slides for all the ngCoreERP presentations, including materials for the leadership team.
Contribute to building SharePoint pages and its maintenance.
Help to create content for all the Internal Communications Program, newsletter, weekly updates, learning sessions, and announcements on Yammer.
Help with the creation of ad-hoc articles for the Nokia Center.
Helping to proofread all communications before publishing.
Work on all program communications including but not limited to newsletters, all hands calls, etc.
Key Skills And Experience
Studies in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or any related field. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
Positive energy, enthusiastic, and persistent.
Close attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
Self-driven and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
An advantage (but not required):
Project Management experience.
Experience in working in a global environment.
What Skills We Are Looking For
Be fluent in English is a must.
Good communication skills.
Good level of Microsoft Office – PowerPoint.
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel and Word.
Experience in content writing and creating.
Curious and Innovative.
