The Manager will ensure that, as we continue to grow, our culture reflects the Firm's identity and that our remote-first, international teams feel connected as we collaborate towards achieving firmwide objectives. In addition to leading internal communications, the Communications Manager will serve as the primary liaison with our external PR agency and other external partners, driving cohesive messaging and enhancing our brand presence both internally and externally.Working closely with HR, Operations and wider teams, the Communications Manager will embed and communicate the Firm's people strategy and business change projects. This includes selecting and implementing an effective platform and repository for internal communications, and developing strategies to ensure consistent and engaging messaging across all channels. Experience in leading businesses through growth and change projects across multiple jurisdictions, as well as managing relationships with external PR agencies, will be highly beneficial. As a remote working Firm, we work across many jurisdictions, including the US, UK, and Europe – therefore, knowledge and/or experience in scaling businesses internationally is advantageous.Responsibilities:Takes the lead in working with HR to establish a communications strategy for the business change and people strategy initiatives. A core part of this role is to ensure that the remote, international teams feel connected and heighten their collaboration as we continue to experience high growth.Owns and manages all internal comms channels and platforms (newsletters, apps, emails, intranet, webinars etc).Collaborates with internal teams on firm or global team-wide comms across multiple areas (HR, D&I, IT, accounting etc)
