Then feel free to apply and join our Internal Communications Team in Lisbon, Portugal!Job Responsibilities:Support the development and implementation of comprehensive internal communication plans aligned with people strategy and business objectives.Produce engaging content for various internal channels, ensuring high-quality and consistent messaging across the organization.Support the design and execution of initiatives that foster people's connection, including surveys, newsletters and town halls.Translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and visually compelling content for diverse global audiences.Develop and implement processes, guidelines and templates to manage reccuring and major adhoc announcements.Support organizational change initiatives by crafting clear and effective communications that guide employees through transitions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging.Advise the People Leadership Team and broader People Team on a range of communication topics.Proactively gather feedback from key stakeholders to address concerns and improve communication processes, to enhance user experience.Develop and analyse communications metrics including employee feedback to measure success and enhance internal communication.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in communications, human resources, or related field.5+ years in internal communications, ideally with a focus on HR communications.Experience in the E-commerce, Automotive, or Logistics industries is preferred, but not a must.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
