Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports toInternal Audit ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesThe mission of the internal auditing function is to provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve the organization's operations. It helps the organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. Reporting to the Audit Analytics Manager, you will lead the delivery and utilization of analytics during audit engagements, analyze data over business processes and communicate results in an easy to understand manner. This role will offer you the following responsibilities:Participate in operational, financial audits or compliance reviews (pre-, on-site and post- phases) for different business processes.Collect, analyze, interpret documents/information to arrive at audit results, and prepare work papers in accordance with AU procedures/standards.Analyze SAP data over business processes.Document audit findings, risks and recommendations.Communicate audit results to Auditor in Charge/Internal Audit Manager.Participate in follow-up reviews for operational, financial and compliance audits.Document results of test work in accordance with AU procedures/standards.Perform design reviews or walkthroughs of E2E processes.The work model for the role is hybrid. Location is flexible within Europe (excluding Switzerland).Qualifications for the roleAround 3-4 years' experience in Audit/Analytics roles.Good command over analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Alteryx, PowerBI, Snowflake, etc.).University degree or equivalent in business administration/economics or engineering.CIA/CISA/CPA/CFE is an advantage.Ability to operate within teams of different cultures.Strong analytical and IT skills.Good oral and written communication skills, proficiency in English.International travel up to 20%.More about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
