Main Responsibilities:
Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and development across international markets.
Online Campaign Management: Coordinate internal teams and external partners to create and implement Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns tailored to different countries and audiences.
Digital Product Promotion: Develop effective digital strategies to promote products, maximizing visibility and engagement in international markets.
Social Media Management: Oversee the brands presence on social media, ensuring global relevance and impact.
Event Management and Coordination: Organize and manage marketing events relevant to the promotion of the brand and products, ensuring seamless execution in line with strategic objectives.
Performance and Budget Analysis: Monitor campaign results, ensuring budget compliance and optimizing performance.
SEO and Content: Oversee SEO strategies and work with the content, video, and design teams to ensure quality and relevance of materials.
New Brand Launch Leadership: Lead and implement strategies for the launch of a new brand, positioning it effectively in new markets.
What are we looking for?
Over 6 years of proven experience in international marketing roles, focusing on brand management and digital campaigns.
Solid experience in brand launches in international markets, including developing entry and expansion strategies.
Familiarity with digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads) and social media management.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, both internal and external, with a strong results-driven approach.
Knowledge of SEO, content management, and copywriting, with experience in coordinating design, video, and content teams.
Fluent English is mandatory (other languages are a plus).
Strong analytical skills for monitoring campaigns and continuously optimizing results based on data.
Proactivity, autonomy, and leadership skills.
