Intern - Internacional Team

We're looking for a motivated and analytical Intern to join our International Team through either a Curricular or Extra-Curricular Internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop critical skills in data analysis, mapping and process improvement and collaboration while working on meaningful projects in a dynamic global environment.
\n What you'll be doing:Analyze data to extract insights that support strategic decision-making.Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance metrics.Map and optimize operational processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical solutions.Collaborate with the International Team to drive strategic initiatives and support project execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. What you need to have:Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.Availability to participate in a curricular or extracurricular internship.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau.Detail-oriented, organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
